On April 21, 2021, the annual nomination of officers took place via eBallot.  The board members are made up of five officers and four members-at-large.  Nominations for all five officers and three of the members-at-large took place and closed on April 30, 2021. 
The election chair, John Heinzerling, announced that there would be nominations for the President, First Vice President, Second Vice President, Treasurer, and Secretary.  Each of these officer positions is for a one-year term.  In addition, there would be nominations for three member-at-large seats. Two of the three positions are for a two-year term and the one remaining position is to fill a vacated seat with a one-year term remaining. The remaining one member-at-large positions are on an alternate two-year cycle and is currently held by Daniel Waller who will remain on the board for one more year. 
 
John reminded the members present that individuals nominated in April by electronic ballot would have until May 18, 2021, to campaign with the election taking place via eBallot on May 19, 2021, at 8:00 a.m. with the election process closing on May 20, 2021, at 10:00 p.m. John facilitated the nomination process per position with multiple candidates being nominated for each.  Concluding the nomination and election process, John announced that The Diana Foundation had a fully constituted Board of Directors for the 2021-2022 year.
