The Diana Foundation is a 501(c)3 nonprofit organization recognized as the oldest continuously active gay organization in the United States of America.
Throughout the history of the foundation, members have raised substantial funds for community and civic organizations. The Diana Foundation is focused on assisting and supporting the needs of the gay community by distributing funds to organizations that are dedicated to providing services that enhance the lives of deserving individuals in our diverse community.

Applications should include:
(1) Letter describing how funds will be used
(2) History and/or biography of your organization
(3) A copy of your organization’s most recent tax return
(4) Copy of your organization’s non-profit 501(c)3 status
All applicants must agree to the following:
(1) Organization must agree to advertise all public Diana Foundation events on social media and invite members of their organization to attend our public events
(2) Organization will provide volunteers on day of our major event, the Diana Awards (date to be determined). A minimum of 5 volunteers is required to assist with the production of the Diana Awards. All volunteers must be 21 and older.
(3) Organization is encouraged to send a representative to our check presentation event (date to be determined).
